For best performance
- Use high-speed internet.
- Use a wired connection instead of wireless.
- Close unused applications and programs on your device.
Audio quality is crucial to your meeting’s success
- If you use built-in audio (through the computer), the best results are with a USB headset connected to your computer.
- Usually, if you hear an echo, it’s because someone is using a phone and their laptop microphone is on. Ask attendees to disable their laptop microphones.
- If you use Phone Audio, enter your PIN code so everyone can see who is talking.
- If you use Phone Audio, you will join the meeting muted but can easily unmute your line.
- Speakerphones and mobile devices often provide sub-optimal clarity.
