If you cannot get logged into your Iowa Courts Online account, you must report the issues and wait for a representative to validate your identity.

To report the problem

1. Go to:  JB Connect Support Portal
2. If you do not have a JB Connect account click the  button and create an account.  If you already have an account, log in by clicking  
3. Once logged in to your JB Connect account, either click the button at the top of the window, 
   or click
4. Complete the form.
   1. Provide a good phone number in the Current Contact Number field.
   2. Type "Log in to Iowa Courts Online" in the Subject field.
   3. If known, include the username and email address associated with the account in the Describe the issue here: field.  Do not include your password.
5. Click

A representative will contact you to validate your identity and assist you.
