There are multiple reasons why a document may not display.
- The clerk may still need to review it for technical errors. If you deliver a document to the clerks office or file it electronically it may take a few days to appear in the case information. The clerk's office generally enters documents into the case management system within a few days of receiving them. The delay in entering the document does not affect its timeliness.
- The case or document security level may prevent you from seeing it. Check My Filings in your eFile account to see if the document is "Accepted". If you have questions, contact the clerks office
