The Online Search subscription grants access to case schedules, judgment index, lien index, exhibit lists, bonds, and service returns. Registered users are sometimes called subscribers.
You DO NOT need to register or pay for a subscription in order to make a payment.
Credit card security
We do not store your credit card information. When entering your credit card number on the registration form, do not use spaces or dashes. The name on the credit card does not need to match the email address provided on the registration form.
Register
To register, click Register on the bottom of the Iowa Courts Online Search page.
Complete the form and press Submit.
Your user ID and your password must each contain 8 characters or less. Spaces are not allowed. It may contain upper-case characters, lower-case characters, and numbers.
Register multiple users
A firm, group, or business may register one account and share it between several people. If an account is shared, only one person may log on at a time.
If multiple people will use the system simultaneously, you must purchase multiple subscriptions. You may use one credit card to purchase multiple subscriptions.
Renew your subscription
You may subscribe for one or more months. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. If you attempt to log on after your subscription has expired, you will be redirected to a "Subscription Renewal" page to reestablish your subscription.
If you forget your password
Contact the suppport staff at https://jbconnect.iowacourts.gov/support/home Monday – Friday 7 am to 5 pm or 1-800-831-1396. You will be asked to verify your identity.
