To create a drop-down list in Excel, you can use the Data Validation feature.
Here are the steps to create a drop-down list:
- In a new worksheet, type the entries you want to appear in your drop-down list.
- Format your list items in an Excel table.
- Select the cells in the worksheet where you want the drop-down list.
- Go to the Data tab on the Ribbon, and then Data Validation.
- On the Settings tab, in the Allow box, select List.
- Select in the Source box, then select your list range on the other worksheet.
