If I’m a public user at the courthouse, do I see results in real-time or up to 24 hours old??

The answer is it depends.

If you are doing an advanced case search, it will be current data.
If you are doing a case search, it will be delayed. Currently, it will be up to yesterday’s data. However, once you drill down into a case, you get up-to-the-minute data.
If you do a payment search, you get current data.
