If you are a registered user (have a paid subscription), the county search results will be in real-time. The statewide search results will be delayed until you drill down into them, then they are current results. 

There is no document access.

For free access to public case documents

• Go to the clerk of court offices at the county courthouse where the case was filed. You can view public documents at the public access terminals. No registration is required.  For example, if you log in on a public terminal at the Polk County Courthouse, you can see public documents that were filed in Polk County.
• Otherwise, ask the clerk of court of the corresponding district court for the documents: Court Directory.
